This month we spoke to Gareth, co-founder of The Possibility Partnership!
Hi Gareth! Tell us about your business.
We are a cloud consultancy, cloud partner services and digital transformation specialist.
We work closely with companies across most industries, helping them to secure better pricing on Google, Microsoft, and other products.
As tech leadership specialists, we also help business owners build and execute their tech roadmap. This includes app development services, helping businesses to design, build and deploy apps both internally and for the public.
What particular challenges did you have to overcome in setting up your business, and since then?
We tried various finance & accounting apps. We didn’t want to pay for an accountant at the start, as funds were low, so we needed to find a tool that made it easy to manage our finances.
Since then, we’ve found our biggest challenge to be keeping up with the feast/famine cycles of business.
How does Pandle fit in?
Pandle has saved us lots of time, with the recurring transactions enabling us to send out recurring invoices. The MTD integration has made submitting our VAT super easy and the automated bank feeds mean we can always see how we are doing and plan our activities accordingly.
This means we can spend more time focusing on what we are good at, and less time worrying about accounts.
What do you have planned for your business in the future?
Our plans include continuing to expand our services and customer base. We are in the process of developing some great apps that will support our existing customers, find us new customers, and add real value.
We hope to expand our team this year too!
