Hi Warwick! Tell us about your business.
The KAM Club is a learning based community that provides tools, training, coaching, and other resources for account managers to help their companies grow client revenue and retention.
What particular challenges did you have to overcome in setting up your business, and since then?
I’ve built the business from scratch since 2019 and it’s been challenging to grow brand awareness, build an audience and continue to fine tune the lead generation and marketing funnels to capture more prospects and turn them into customers.
As a small business it’s a struggle to balance execution with strategy and use resources wisely.
How does Pandle fit in?
Pandle is an affordable accounting suite that gives me all the tools I need – from accounting software to support and advice. It takes all the hassle out of milestone events like filing company statements. I also love the integrations with Stripe as it makes matching these transactions against invoices and my bank statements so easy.
I serve global customers so the ability to invoice in foreign currencies is fantastic (every other platform I’ve tried charges quite a bit more for this option). With Pandle I really have to spend very little time actually bookkeeping.
What do you have planned for your business in the future?
I really am focused on building brand awareness and inbound marketing campaigns. I have a podcast and a YouTube channel that does quite well and plan to invest more in these platforms. I have an extremely small team (me plus some part time freelancers/contractors) so the more I can successfully grow inbound traffic, the more my business will grow.
I also plan to expand from online courses to in-person events in the next 12 months which is an exciting, if challenging, opportunity.
