Hi Garry! Tell us about your business.
Company leaders, HR and city heads struggle to attract talent from abroad and retain their expat employees. I help them create local expat ecosystems in non-English language locations to address those issues. They present the city and culture to candidates, smooth transitions following relocation and empower international residents to lead better lives.
What particular challenges did you have to overcome in setting up your business, and since then?
The UK split from the EU was the catalyst for creating a limited company we’re now scaling to new locations with licensees. The challenge is finding those new partners globally.

What do you have planned for your business in the future?
Global reach of at least 100 locations. Legislation may be an obstacle but local partners will embrace the challenge. Helping individuals and families to feel at home in their new country is my driving force :).
