Hi Robert! Tell us a bit about your business.
Innovate Consulting offers a full business management consultancy service for clients from small though to blue chip companies looking for MRP ERP, CRM, or accounting solutions. Our aim is to identify their requirements and to deliver a solution tailored specifically to them, to increase profits and efficiency.
We provide a complete solution, which encompasses the selection and implementation of business software. By working with Innovate Consulting, our customers receive an objective and impartial service to undertake change management within their organisation.
We will manage the full lifecycle of a project, leaving the client free to continue running their company. Customer service is key – we work with relevant personnel to ensure that needs are met to the highest standard. We have 45+ years’ experience across a variety of sectors including manufacturing, distribution, telecoms, construction, and customer service and facilities management!
Innovate Consulting have worked with a good selection of system vendors from Microsoft, Sage to SAP, and even some of the not so well known names but have provided the right fit for the client.
Choosing the correct software is critical for a successful project. A structured approach will help to protect investment and promote a successful implementation.
What particular challenges did you have to overcome in setting up your business, and since then?
Generating new business but spending time to build my customer base has paid off!
