So, we’re delighted to confirm that our Live Chat support feature is now also available on Pandle Mobile. Right from within the app itself! Hooray!
Bookkeeping support you can rely on
The Live Chat feature was previously only available for Pandle users on the web app. Now, users taking care of their business bookkeeping with Pandle Mobile can also talk to one of our trained bookkeepers through without ever having to leave the app.
It means highly responsive, friendly bookkeeping and accounting support, right where you need it. No more navigating back to the Help Centre or your computer to find the answer you’re looking for.
Rapid response accounting support
We like to go above and beyond when it comes to customer support, which is why we aim to respond to all live chats within 1-2 minutes. Simply navigate to the main menu in Pandle Mobile, and select the Live Chat feature to launch.
Users will also be able to access our full range of Help Centre articles from here too, so even if it is outside of our Live Chat support hours it will be quick and easy to find the answers they’re looking for.
Alongside our shiny new Live Chat feature, this latest update also includes the ability for users to download PDF versions of their invoices. We know this is one users have been waiting for, so we’re happy to oblige!
After creating an invoice, users will now be able to download a PDF copy, allowing them to preview the invoice and send manually if they prefer, as opposed to emailing the invoice directly to their customers from within Pandle.
And there we have it. A speedy, friendly Live Chat service has now been added to Pandle Mobile, so users can talk to real people with in depth knowledge of Pandle and accounting practices.
