We’re happy to announce that one of the features we’ve been planning for a while is now live on Pandle: Pandle Notes.
With Pandle Notes, you will now be able to create notes and attach them to things like transactions whenever you need to highlight or make a note of something.
Users will be able to take a look at an overview of all the notes they have created and will be able to filter or search for previous notes.
Below is an example of the kind of note that you might want to leave, to remind you of conversations with customers or other developments that need to be taken into account alongside certain transactions.
How to add notes
Notes will be able to add under Tools>Notes in the menu. They can be added against any transaction or item. For more information about how to use this feature, you can take a look at our support page here.
In the future
In the future, we want users to be able to attach reminders to notes and have the ability to leave notes for others including their accountant. This is great if you have multiple users logging into Pandle so that all information can be kept in the same place and viewed by all users.
Shortly, users will be able to tag each other and their accountant in notes which means they’ll receive a notification too. They will also be able to do the same for you, to highlight important pieces of information or attach questions or guidelines regarding particular transactions.
As this is a new feature, we are currently looking for any feedback we can get on how to improve the features for users. If you’ve got any feedback you’d like to share or any questions about Pandle Notes, you can contact us directly via firstname.lastname@example.org.
