Happy June! It might not feel like it, but summer is certainly here. If the rain hasn’t been keeping your spirits up that much, we hope our new features will!
As you might have heard, our UI redesign is well on the way to being ready, and we hope to unveil it in the coming months. Have a read on to see what else we’ve been working on at Pandle HQ this (kind of) sunny June.
New features
UI Redesign
This month our lovely developers have been locked away in Pandle towers working hard on the major UI redesign. The redesign will give users an interface that is cutting edge, fresh and with the ability to customise their Pandle experience further.
The hopes are that the redesign we be coming to a screen in front of you this time next month, so keep your eyes peeled.
Mobile App
Aside from the redesign, we’ve also been working on the API. This will allow us to create a mobile app (yay!) which will be released firstly with the ability to invoice your customers quickly from your phone and later will include lots of other features which are available in the main webapp.
The API also means that other developers can work on products which integrate with Pandle, adding more value to their projects as well as benefitting you lovely lot.

Bank feeds
Big news in the land of bank feeds this month, as we’ve partnered with Yodlee to help bring bank feeds to Pandle. This will cut out the need for CSV imports and will mean we can to apply algorithms that better understand your transactions, which will help with automatic categorisation. Excited? Us too!
Invoice Customisation
We take our feedback from you guys on board, and recently many of you have been requesting invoice customisation. We’re going to be looking to start work on various invoice templates/designs and functionality for users to choose from. Invoices will be tailored for the way you bill, whether it be for time/products etc.
Additional Services
Pandle’s managed payroll service
If you are about to become an employer or are using other software for your payroll (such as HMRC Basic Tools) then why not try our new managed payroll service?
For a small monthly fee our payroll staff would run your payroll, email you payslips and reports and post the wages to your Pandle account. Get in touch for a quotation!
Pandle’s outsourced bookkeeping service
We know Pandle is quick and easy to use but some of you may prefer not to do any of the work (don’t worry, we’re not judging!).
This is why we’ve introduced an outsourcing service whereby you can pay our trained bookkeepers to enter their transactions in Pandle on a regular basis, leaving you to concentrate on what you do best.
