March Updates

Once again our developers have been very busy working on various improvements that we hope will improve the Pandle service and make your bookkeeping easier than ever!

Bulk editor

Many users have requested the ability to edit transactions in bulk if large mistakes have been made. We’re happy to announce that we have completed this feature! Users can now select multiple transactions to edit the VAT code, the type of transaction, date, the category and description.

We hope this will mean it doesn’t take as long to correct errors, so you’ll have more time to run your business – or to have a cuppa! If you’d like to give our team some feedback about this new feature don’t hesitate to get in contact.

Submission of VAT Returns and EC Sales lists straight to HMRC

Pandle now allows submission of VAT returns and EC sales lists directly to HMRC. This will allow you (and us!) to submit returns without having to process the figures through the HMRC portal. Submissions are currently nearing the end of the testing stage and will be live very shortly – we’ll let you know as soon as they are!

Additional Exports

You may have noticed that we have now implemented lots of additional exports in Pandle, including a list of customers, suppliers, customer invoices, supplier invoices and all transactions entered into Pandle.

We have also added a custom export request form. We plan to add the most requested exports to Pandle.

We have also implemented a full export of your VAT returns. This means that you can check your VAT return box by box to ensure all transactions are correct and included. This is still being tested but will also be ready to go shortly.

Coming Soon

Bank feeds

We are currently in talks with a company to help us bring bank feeds to our customers. This will cut out the need for CSV imports and will allow us to apply algorithms that better understand your transactions which will help with automatic categorisation.

Recurring invoices

We are also planning to add the ability for your invoices to be recurring and automatically sent to your customers. This should be handy if your customers pay monthly or if you have a high volume of customers.
