Invoice Importing Now Live

When you sign up to a new cloud accounting software, the biggest annoyance you can have is having to manually input all your data anew. Not only is this time-consuming, it’s down right boring!

Luckily for Pandle users, we have a solution. From today, you won’t have to manually type in old invoice details for customers: Instead, you’ll be able to import them from your old system.

That means whether you were relying on an Excel spreadsheet or a different accounting software solution, you’ll be able to easily upload information to Pandle, so you don’t have to worry about losing any contacts or making errors.

If you were previously using Excel to house all your invoice information, you will be able to transfer the information to Pandle by heading to Enter Transactions > Customers tab and clicking ‘+ New’. From here you will see a dropdown menu, which ‘Imports’ will be at the bottom of. You can than import directly from your Excel file.

If you want to transfer invoice information from a different accounting system, you can do this by exporting your invoices to CSV from your old system and then importing them to Pandle.
