Support you can rely on
All of our Pandle ninjas are trained accountants, so the support you will receive via both live chat and email is provide by a team of people with an in depth knowledge of both Pandle and accounting practices.
Speedy response times
We know that speed is vital when dealing with accounting issues, this is why we aim to respond to all live chats within 1-2 minutes (8am – 5.30pm London GMT).
At Pandle we like to go above and beyond with our level of customer service, which is why no matter what support you need we endeavour to provide you with friendly and informative advice.
Flexible support service
We know that problems or confusion may strike at different times, which is why our live chat support is also available from our Help Centre. Not sure about something in an article you just read? Just ask!
Additional email support
If you require support outside of our live chat hours, then simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will respond as soon as possible. Our current average response time for support emails is just 20 minutes!
