Hi Gareth! Tell us about your business
Got Legs Digital is an ethical Growth Marketing Automation agency based in London. We are known for building marketing automation into businesses to help free up their time, increase their profits and better understand their customers.
At Got Legs Digital, there is more to us than just our name.
We help businesses to grow and ‘Get Legs’ while at the same time, by working together with your business, we are able to donate prosthetic legs to amputee survivors in Africa and helping them ‘Get Legs.
Our Purpose is simple: ‘Moving People, Impacting Lives, One Step At A time.’
Unlike traditional digital marketing agencies, we focus our attention on the entire customer journey and believe in an omnichannel approach to marketing. Everything we do is focused on data and performance.
What particular challenges did you have to overcome in setting up your business, and since then?
We started our business 7 days before the national lockdown in 2020. We had to work out how to run and grow a marketing agency when so many businesses were closed, with people on lockdown or furlough.

What do you have planned for your business in the future?
The plan for this financial year is to donate 275 prosthetic legs to people in Africa. In order to do that, we need to help and support more SME businesses with their Growth Marketing efforts. We don’t have KPIs but rather KMIs – Key Moments of Impact. We are looking to create 275 Key Moments of Impact this year.
