Importing customer contact details
With this in mind, our latest update enables users to include telephone numbers and contact names as part of the information they include when importing their customers.
It means that users can easily utilise this information when invoicing their customers, whilst minimising the need to enter it manually. All the information required, with less stress and hassle.
Managing customers in Pandle
This latest update is part of our existing customer import feature, making it as simple as possible to create and set up new Customers in Pandle.
Once imported (or entered manually), users can:
- Set credit limits for different customers
- Group customers together for simpler invoicing
- Produce customer reports to help keep an eye on things
Importing customers in to Pandle
Now, when users create a new customer import file, they have the option of including the phone number and contact name fields for each customer.
Users can then quickly insert this contact information into email templates using our ‘email inserts’, rather than typing the information out every time.
It’s really easy to import customers into Pandle. Simply navigate to the ‘Enter Transactions’ screen, then from the ‘Customers’ tab, click ‘New’, and select ‘Imports’ from the drop-down menu.
