Pandle Update: Improving our Onboarding Processes

Thanks to our latest update, changing over to Pandle is even more straightforward. Now, new users can import customer and supplier details quickly and easily, without the drudgery of manual data entry. It means less downtime, and much less stress – no hassle required.

A simpler transfer process, for simpler bookkeeping

Sometimes switching from an existing accounting software can be complicated. Our time-saving Opening Balance wizard leads users through every step of the process, so there’s less confusion during the switch.

Users could already add data from their previous provider to create an opening balance in Pandle, using our Opening Balance wizard. Previously customer and supplier information had to be entered manually. If users had many customers or suppliers this could result in a lengthy, painful process of manual entry. But, not anymore!

We’ve now extended the functionality of the Opening Balance wizard, so new users can also import customer and supplier details in bulk. Not only does it save time not having to enter each supplier and customer individually, but there’s also much less chance of data entry errors. Wizardry in action!

Being able to bulk import customer and supplier information to new bookkeeping software so quickly also means there’s less danger of gaps in sending and paying invoices. This sort of smooth transition is essential for maintaining cashflow, just one of the things that Pandle is passionate about for our users.

Help transferring to Pandle bookkeeping software

In addition to our import wizard, Pandle features an interactive help bar which monitors the changeover. It notifies users of any errors which occur during the transition, as well as suggesting the solution.
