Users could already add data from their previous provider to create an opening balance in Pandle, using our Opening Balance wizard. Previously customer and supplier information had to be entered manually. If users had many customers or suppliers this could result in a lengthy, painful process of manual entry. But, not anymore!
We’ve now extended the functionality of the Opening Balance wizard, so new users can also import customer and supplier details in bulk. Not only does it save time not having to enter each supplier and customer individually, but there’s also much less chance of data entry errors. Wizardry in action!
Being able to bulk import customer and supplier information to new bookkeeping software so quickly also means there’s less danger of gaps in sending and paying invoices.
