Latest Update: Remove Pandle Logo from Invoices

Don’t worry if you’re feeling a little downhearted that the Bank Holiday weekend is over. There’s another on its way in just a few weeks, and we’re here to cheer you up with a handy new feature we’ve added to Pandle. Are you sitting comfortably? Then we shall begin.

Once upon a time there was a business that slogged hard for its clients, and wanted them to have a great brand experience. We know that your brand is the face of your business, so to help you shine even brighter we’ve now made it possible for Pro users to remove our logo when sending out invoices in Pandle. The spotlight is now yours, and yours alone.

Removing our logo…

It means that our Pro users’ customers will now only ever see our user’s business logo on the invoices they receive. This will help avoid any confusion from customers if they spot two logos – confusion which can cause payment to be delayed! It’s a feature that our users have asked about, and your wish is our command.

At the moment our Pro users’ customers will receive an invoice which includes a ‘created with Pandle’ section. Our new feature means that this section containing the Pandle logo can be removed from the PDF invoice attachment.

To remove this users will need to pay a visit to the Invoice Options tab on the Document Settings page. There they will see an option asking to ‘Remove Pandle logos from invoices?’ Tick the box to remove the logo, or leave the box unticked the box to keep spreading the Pandle love. Nice and simple.

So there we have it. An easy way to keep your brand image front and centre when sending out invoices through Pandle.
