Suppliers now Available in Pandle Mobile

We know, we’ve been pretty busy this January, what with enabling users to customise their dashboards, improving the visibility of invoice payments and not to mention the release of Pandle Global! But despite that, we’ve still got a few more exciting developments for you before the end of the month.

The Pandle Mobile team has been hard at work putting together our biggest update ever and we’re pleased to announce that as a result, Suppliers are finally coming to Pandle Mobile!

We understand the importance for any modern business owner to be able to complete all their bookkeeping tasks on the go, from anywhere in the world. The addition of the Suppliers tab in Pandle Mobile means that users are now able to:

  • create new suppliers
  • view existing suppliers
  • enter new supplier invoices
  • view existing supplier invoices

All with just a few clicks of the Pandle Mobile app! Take a sneak peek for yourself…

If users now receive an invoice whilst away from their desk, they can quickly enter the information into Pandle using the app, rather than waiting until they get back in front of their computer – further reducing the time they spend completing their bookkeeping.


Other mobile updates

When we said this was a big update, we meant it, and that’s not just because of the introduction of the Suppliers feature. The mobile development team have also made a number of other improvements to enhance the speed and efficiency of our users’ bookkeeping.

Here is a quick rundown of what else is new to Pandle Mobile:

    1) When confirming or ignoring a bank transaction Pandle will now load the next transaction in the list, rather than loading the list of unconfirmed transactions.

    2) We’ve been doing some back end tinkering to enable the create customer quotes or invoices pages to load up to 30% quicker than before!

We have received feedback from users regarding the time it took to confirm transactions on the app; this update will resolve any previous delays. This is just the first stage of improvements we have planned in this area too, so keep your eyes peeled for some more developments coming soon.

Our latest speed improvements will also mean sending out quotes to potential customers or invoicing them for completed work is now quicker and easier than ever before.
