Latest Update: Improving the Visibility of Invoice Payments

We’re back again; we know you’ve probably missed us! This time we’ve got news of our latest update that provides users with greater visibility over their invoice payments.

When invoicing customers on a regular basis it can be tricky to keep on top of which invoices have been paid, which are still unpaid – but within terms – and which are overdue.

The process can become even more difficult when customers make part-payments on invoices, meaning more than one transaction needs to be applied to a particular invoice.

Not only can this create confusion for users, but it also becomes time consuming to understand which payments relate to which invoice and what is currently left outstanding to pay. Its mind boggling just thinking about it!

Our latest update simplifies the invoicing process by improving the visibility of customer invoice payments, providing greater insight into all payments associated with a particular invoice.

Now, from the View Invoices screen users will be able to click on any one of the invoice status icons:

To see all payments associated with the invoice:

We believe this latest addition to Pandle will become an invaluable tool for users who have customers that often make part payments. The update will make payments related to invoices immediately visible, clearly showing when payments have been made and how much is left to pay.

Users will also be able to access the same invoice payments information when viewing an individual customer invoice:

This provides even greater flexibility for users allowing them to access this information wherever is easiest.

Getting paid quicker

Our latest update will undoubtedly ease the confusion that so often occurs when checking customer invoices, providing greater control over the whole invoicing process.

However, to supercharge your invoice management Pandle can also set up automated Payment Reminders. This feature enables Pandle to chase up unpaid and overdue invoices by sending timely reminders to customers – which are created and set by users – to meet the requirements on their business.

So, why bother spending your precious time chasing customers for overdue payments, when Pandle can do it for you?

Setting up Payment Reminders alongside our latest improvements to the visibility of your invoice payments, will enable your business to get paid quicker and improve your cash flow, without lifting a finger.
